1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AcmetoCasino website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

• Clearing your browser data will reset all simulated game progress and balances.
• We are not responsible for any loss of simulated game data.

5. Virtual Currency

The Service uses virtual, simulated currency ("play money") that:

• Has no real monetary value whatsoever.
• Cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency, goods, or services.
• Cannot be converted into any form of real-world value.
• Exists solely to demonstrate how casino balance systems function.
• Is stored locally in your browser and is not tracked or maintained by us.

Any display of currency symbols (such as $, EUR, or similar) is purely for demonstration purposes and does not represent real money.

6. Intellectual Property

The book The Backend of Luck: Inside the Systems That Power Real Money Gaming and all associated written content, diagrams, and explanations are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works based on the book content require explicit written permission.

6.2 Game Code and Design

The game implementations, user interface designs, and simulation code displayed on AcmetoCasino are original works created for educational purposes. The source code is made available as part of the book's supplementary materials under the terms specified in the book.

6.3 Trademarks

"AcmetoCasino," "The Backend of Luck," and associated logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Game names used in the simulation are descriptive titles for common casino game types and are used in an educational context.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any actual gambling or wagering purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
• Reverse-engineer the Service for the purpose of creating real gambling applications without proper licensing and regulatory approval.
• Misrepresent AcmetoCasino as a real gambling platform.
• Use automated tools to excessively load or disrupt the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

We do not warrant that:

9. Limitation of Liability
